| Confirmation Method | For immediate reservations, a reservation confirmation will be sent by e-mail promptly. In the case of a reservation request, the reservation confirmation will be sent once the tour has been confirmed. |
| Cancellation Policy | If you are unable to attend due to illness, bad weather or for other reasons, please contact us (info@visitsado.com). In the event of cancellation, the following fees will apply. Cancellation Fees ① 21 days prior to the tour (11 days prior in case of a one-day trip) = Free of charge ② 8 to 20 days prior to the tour (8 to 10 days prior in case of a one-day trip) = 20% of the tour fee ③ 7 days prior to the tour = 30% of the tour fee ④ 1 day prior to the tour = 40% of the tour fee ⑤ on the tour day (except ⑥) = 50% of the tour fee ⑥ after the tour day or in case of a no-show = 100% of the tour fee Cancellation Method Please cancel by sending us an e-mail using the contact link provided in the e-mail sent to you upon completion of your reservation.
